I got this from Netgalley for a honest reviewI thought this book was immensely cute! it starts off with a big sister being particularly mean to he younger adopted sister. When the younger sister is playing with the older one she sees words written on her broom she asks her sister what it says, the older sister then replied "made in china just like you, like my shirt and my favorite plaid skirt." That of course made the younger think she was made in a factory like a doll with black hair. the story continues with the younger sister running to her dad for comfort; he then tells her about her adoption. i loved the way this book was written, the pictures gorgeous and the way the father explained her adoption was so beautiful and heartwarming that i have read it a couple times since finishing it! i beautiful book that i recommend to everybody, that is perfect for families with adopted children!
